I have been working for Lane County Behavioral Health for 8 years, and have been engaged in SBHCs for that time. I have worked in Springfield High School, North Eugene, and Churchill, providing mental health therapy to youth from those school and the surrounding areas. I also provide those services through the county offices for others in the community. I have engaged in advocacy work through this position for equity in other schools, and have worked with students and staff to identify barriers for care and potential pathways to resolve them.
