Haley is a 4th year doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at George Fox University. She is part of the pediatric integrated health team at Oregon Health & Science University's Doernbecher Gender Clinic providing behavioral health and therapy under the supervision of Danielle Moyer, PhD. She has been a graduate research assistant for OHSU's Transgender Health Program since 2019, where she has now (nearly) completed her dissertation examining the relationship between perceived parental support and mental health outcomes in gender-affirming care with TGD youth. She completed a Master of Science (MS) in Community Counseling at Oklahoma State University, and an advanced interdisciplinary graduate certificate in LGBT Health Policy and Practice from The George Washington University. This summer she will move from Portland, OR to New Orleans, LA to begin her doctoral residency at Ochsner Children's Hospital in pediatric subspecialty health, with anticipated graduation May 2025.
