Jasleen Chahal, PhD, is the Accreditation and Outcomes Manager at The France Foundation where she is the lead compliance officer for all CME/CE programming. She also directs TFF’s outcomes program, including all survey instrument design, data collection, and data analysis. She collaborates with key stakeholders to design and implement continuing professional development (CPD) quality improvement initiatives that improved continuing education, clinical practice, and patient outcomes. Her work in CPD has been recognized nationally with awards for outstanding outcomes and outstanding educational collaborations. She has expertise in grant writing, survey design and outcomes, quality improvement, health services and evaluation research, project management, continuing professional development training, and service learning.
