Postwork Instructions

Postwork is due one week before the next live Learning Collaborative session. Postwork is intended to help your team develop and build on the skills you are learning during the live Learning Collaborative sessions. The QI coaches are available during their QI Coaching Office Hours to help with any questions regarding the postwork. The postwork attachment(s) are available at the bottom of this page.

Module 5: Patient and Family Engagement

Postwork due: October 9, 2024

1. Complete the Working with People: Stakeholder Analysis Exercise worksheet and work your way through the instructions to create your own stakeholder analysis on the writeable template. 
   1. After creating your stakeholder analysis, discuss with your team your design for an effective participatory process with stakeholders. 
2. Review the PDSA Cycle Worksheet with your team in conjunction with your Session 1 Data Collection table. 
   1. Use this tool throughout the remainder of the series and as you are implementing your QI plan. 
3. Submit your stakeholder worksheet (only team lead needs to submit). 

Once you have completed the postwork, select the Continue tab to submit your assignment.
