Lorraine Mangione
Lorraine Mangione, PhD, a graduate of Duke University and University of Kansas, is a professor and Director of Practica in the Department of Clinical Psychology at Antioch University New England in Keene, New Hampshire. Research, training, and clinical interests have focused on areas such as supervision, mentoring, creativity and artistry, group therapy, spirituality and religion, women's lives, aging, and loss and grief. Qualitative research with Italian American women, culminating in Daughters, Dads, and the Path through Grief: Tales from Italian America with Donna DiCello, PsyD, research and writing examining the meaning of Bruce Springsteen’s work for women fans culminating in Mary Climbs In: The Journeys of Bruce Springsteen’s Women Fans with Donna Luff, PhD, spirituality and religion in clinical practice and training culminating in co-editorship of a special issue of the journal Spirituality in Clinical Practice in March, 2024, and facilitating groups around the later years and groups for loss and grief have consumed the last several years.
