She started her career as a recruiter in a Fortune 500 global consulting firm and worked in both Europe and Canada. In addition, she brings 10+ years of experience as a Career Coach & Program Manager with one of Canada’s top business schools (UBC Sauder School of Business).

Elena’s experience as both a recruitment insider and career development specialist enables her to offer a unique blend of support and guidance to the clients she works with.

She brings a wealth of experience working with individuals and organizations facilitating group coaching and professional development programs. A few of her clients include: UBC Sauder School of Business, The University of British Columbia, BCRTC, Bell Media, HSBC, Achev, SWIST and The Crisis Centre of BC.

Elena is a certified professional coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Organizational Coach from the University of British Columbia. She holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence, and is a Certified Facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® Method.
