Ginger Vaughn-Pullin, DNP, NE, FNP-BC
Ginger Vaughn-Pullin, DNP, NE, FNP-BC has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare field in a variety of areas including emergency medicine, primary care, functional medicine, research, and academia. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas. She then earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Graceland University in 2018 with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership where her research focus was stress reduction in caregivers.
Dr. Vaughn-Pullin is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been with Samuel Rodgers Health Center since 2017. She is appointed as Director Quality and is the Program Director for their innovative Post-Graduate Nurse Practitioner Residency Program. She also practices in clinic as a primary care provider in the pediatric department.
Additionally, Dr. Vaughn-Pullin is an Associate Professor at a local university and has been teaching in graduate and doctoral nursing programs for almost a decade. She has extensive experience with curriculum design and evaluation, as well as graduate education accreditation and has completed training to be an accreditation site visitor for the Consortium for Advanced Practice Providers. Her work in clinical, administrative, and academic roles provides a unique combination of skills that benefit the programs she leads.
