Daniel Santi was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Shasta Community Health Center in October 2023, following nearly a decade of progressive financial leadership within the organization. Since stepping into the CFO role, he has led a comprehensive financial and operational reset that repositioned the health center for long-term stability, growth, and strategic resilience.
Daniel originally joined Shasta Community Health Center in 2014 as a Senior Accountant and was promoted to Director of Finance in 2017 before being appointed CFO. Prior to joining the organization, he spent six years with Dignity Health in Redding, California. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Southern Oregon University.
With almost 20 years of experience in healthcare finance, Daniel is financial strategy focused. He has worked hard to optimize reimbursement structures, strengthen workforce stability, and build resilient systems that allow Shasta Community Health Center to continue to grow and thrive.
