Matt Beierschmitt, MPP

With over 18 years of experience in nonprofit development and program management across the healthcare, education, and social services sectors, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to his role at the National Nurse-Led Care Consortium (NNCC), where he has served since July 2019. As Senior Program Manager, he leads the day-to-day operations of training and technical assistance (TTA) initiatives supported by diverse funding streams, including federal and state agencies and private corporations. His work is key in strengthening and sustaining NNCC’s network of members, health centers, and national stakeholders.
In addition to managing a broad portfolio of TTA projects, Matt provides strategic consultation to NNCC’s Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) staff. He supports the execution of deliverables for member health centers. He ensures compliance with all reporting requirements for the TTA grants under his purview and oversees all aspects of HRSA-funded National Training and Technical Assistance Partnership activities. This includes designing and delivering web-based training materials that promote sustainable health center programming aimed at improving access, outcomes, and health equity.
An accomplished curriculum developer and trainer, Matt designs and facilitates in-person training sessions on a range of public health and organizational development topics. He also contributes to the growth of NNCC’s TTA offerings through grant writing and abstract submissions.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in 2005 and his Master of Public Policy from Temple University in 2021.
