Mark Splaine, MD, MS is a healthcare quality and measurement education specialist working with the Center for Key Populations and the Weitzman Institute at Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC).  Mark has worked in the field of quality improvement and health professional education for more than 25 years.  He has been a faculty member in the Quality Improvement Seminar Series as part of CHC’s Postgraduate Training Programs since 2015.  Mark has worked with health centers and academic institutions across the Unites States as well as in Canada, Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, and Africa. He enjoys supporting and coaching teams to help them achieve the best possible results in their improvement efforts.  Mark is professionally trained as a general internal medicine physician and practiced primary care for 16 years.
