Stephania Dottin is an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner devoted to serving under- resourced communities and advancing the reach and impact of primary care. In her role as Program Director of a multi-state new graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship in Adult primary Care, Stephania is instrumental in shaping the next generation of NPs. Her leadership in nursing education has enhanced the clinical skills and confidence of new practitioners, preparing them to excel in diverse and challenging environments. With her combined experience in clinical practice, program leadership and advocacy, Stephania is a vital leader for nursing and health equity. She continues to pursue initiatives that support the development of a sustainable and diverse nursing workforce, recognizing the essential roles that NPs play in advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
