Target Audience
This conference is primarily designed for Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) leaders and workforce, including those interested in becoming an FQHC or FQHC Look-a-like. Additionally, it is beneficial for anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of and excel in the realm of FQHC care. CME and CE credits are available for the following health professions:
- Dentists
- Nurse Practitioners
- Nurses
- Pharmacists
- Physician Assistants
- Physicians
- Registered Dieticians
- Social Workers
- Others in behavioral health who can claim either Psychology or Social Work credits, based on licensing/credentialing rules in their state.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:
- Understand the importance of integrated care among medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, vision, and other needed supplemental services.
- Describe best practices and clinical updates on various topics of integrated health in order to improve understanding of interdisciplinary teams and integrated care for FQHC patients.
- Apply health center workflows to improve care and efficiency at FQHC facilities.
