2025 OACHC Fall Conference

Program Information

The Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC) is collaborating with Moses/Weitzman Health System and its Weitzman Institute to provide CME and CE credits for the 2025 OACHC Fall Conference. 

The 2025 Fall Conference is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) leaders, clinicians, and stakeholders by addressing key challenges and opportunities in providing comprehensive, integrated care. This conference serves as a platform for interdisciplinary learning, networking, and professional development. Attendees will explore best practices, policy updates, and innovative solutions aimed at improving health outcomes in safety-net settings. Sessions will focus on interdisciplinary team collaboration, whole-person care, and practical strategies to strengthen the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services.
