Building Resilience (March 26, 2024)

Program Information

This training will focus on identifying and mitigating stress in behavioral health, strategies for developing and maintaining resilience, and developing skills in building resilience within suboptimal systems. Themes include mattering, hope, and setting priorities. This training will offer attendees the opportunity for reflection, discussion, and action planning.

This activity will meet on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 9AM - 12PM EST.

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:

  1. Identify individual and systemic risk factors aiding in stress injury in mental healthcare
  2. Present facts on resilience
  3. Evaluate strategies for developing and maintaining resilience
  4. Write a personal resiliency plan
