Caring for Mothers Where They Are: Maternal Health in Primary Care
Program Information
Join us for the webinar series, Caring for Mothers Where They Are: Maternal Health in Primary Care, designed to empower primary care clinicians with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to address maternal health care gaps, especially in maternity deserts that are prevalent in rural communities. With many areas facing a shortage of dedicated maternity providers, primary care clinicians play a critical role in supporting pregnant and postpartum patients. This series will serve as a practical refresher covering essential aspects of prenatal and postpartum care, including first, second, and third trimester management, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, and postpartum care. Whether you're looking to update your skills or fill a vital need in your community, these sessions will provide actionable insights and guidance to help you deliver comprehensive care to mothers where they need it most.
