Program Information
The School-Based Health Alliance is offering a peer-learning opportunity for health centers interested in enhancing their SDOH screening for children and adolescents. Learn about improving your SDOH care to advance child & adolescent health.
Target Audience
This activity is appropriate for the following audiences:

- Providers
- Staff, including Community Health Workers and Promotores
Learning Objectives
By the end of this collaborative, participants will be able to:
- Utilize best practices for expanding SDOH screening to include children and adolescents
- Develop and maximize school and community partnerships to address SDOH needs
- Implement sustainable business practices for SDOH screening
