Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:
- describe Maryland's efforts to improve overall pediatric asthma population health goals in the state under the Statewide Integration Health Improvement Strategy and the state asthma program, and the role that school based health centers can play in improving asthma outcomes through partnerships with local health department home visiting programs.
