Program Information
The SNOM conference will cover a range of topics based on feedback from last year’s conference. Friday we will be discussing concussion care, SNOM updates, chronic absenteeism, and a talk about the Circle of Courage. Saturday we will continue with topics that cover Neuromuscular diseases, POTS, and Cultural Considerations for Mental Health.

- Select the Register button above to register for all conference sessions, regardless of your attendance.
- Then, in the table, select the links for each session you attended.
- Within each activity, select the Continue tab to complete the session evaluation. You will need to complete a session evaluation for each session you would like to claim credit for.
- After completing session evaluations and claiming credit for each session you attended, you can download an overall conference certificate appropriate to your credentials.
