Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:
- Describe disparities and their impacts on racialized and marginalized populations
- Describe how built systems and environments contribute to poor health outcomes and mortality and morbidity
- Describe at least 5 strategies and techniques for engaging and retaining people in care grounded in cultural humility and equity
- Describe a least 5 ways of impacting and transforming the structural determinants of health
