Program Information

The Integrated Primary Care Learning Collaborative is a session designed for members of the FQHC primary care team (prescribers, counselors, MA/RN, front office, CHW/Peers, managers, etc). The session will present best practices and clinical updates on various topics of integrated health. The session will allow for didactics and also discussion. In addition, a health center workflow or best practices will also be described.

This activity meets monthly on Tuesdays from 12-1PM EST.

Target Audience

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:

  1. Increase knowledge of oral health incidence, prevalence, and impact in primary care
  2. Enhance clinical knowledge of current best practices for oral health services
  3. Improve the integration of oral health services into your current FQHC primary care of patients
  4. Explore the clinical team involved in providing integrated primary care at your FQHC
