The Illinois Cancer Partnership Annual Education Meeting, held on June 25th, educated clinicians and organizations on reducing cancer incidence, morbidity, and mortality, and enhancing survivorship with a focus on health equity and health disparities, thereby enhancing knowledge on Illinois' cancer burden, prevention, early detection, treatment, and survivorship through integrated, team-based care.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:
- Increase clinician knowledge on reducing cancer incidence, morbidity, and mortality.
- Enhance clinician understanding of cancer survivorship with a focus on health equity and health disparities.
- Educate attendees on the cancer burden in Illinois, including prevention, early detection, treatment, and survivorship.
- Support integrated care and team-based delivery in cancer prevention education, screening, treatment, and survivorship.
