This program will keep Crossing Healthcare employees up to date on treatment options, group therapy, working with diverse populations, and working with community partners.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:

  • Demonstrate empathy, self-reflection, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage patients. 
  • Apply ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsible practice skills in working with patients and community partners.
