JBS JEDI Practices Learning Collaborative

Program Information

Participants will be guided through agency-wide justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) practices to implement within their organizations, with a focus on recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce, recognizing microaggressions, leveraging employee resource groups, and incorporating JEDI into patient care.

Target Audience

This activity is appropriate for professionals who work in a healthcare setting including representatives from Human Resources, project coordinators, policy directors, and medical professionals.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this collaborative, participants will be able to:

  • Incorporate the focal areas of establishing a JEDI practice into your organization
  • Analyze existing policies, procedures, or a lack thereof, within your organization that may contribute to inequities within the workplace
  • Apply metrics to measure success of your organization’s JEDI efforts
