Live Consultation Session Reminder

The Moses/Weitzman Health System and its Weitzman Institute offer live consultation sessions with Dr. Oliveira for a fee. This may be especially helpful if you found that your team needs further guidance on action steps within your work plan. Review the Live Consultation Session activity for more information. 

Team Post-Series Evaluation

Complete the post-series evaluation as a team. The evaluation will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. We have deeply appreciated your feedback from the team and individual evaluations throughout this program and utilize your feedback to continually make improvements.
