Physician/Provider communication is the number one factor most highly related to patient’s overall assessment of their experience in hospitals, and there is a strong need to help physicians expand and refine those communication skills most important to patient perceptions and positive outcomes.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to do the following:
