Expanding on the recent webinar, "Grow Your Own Workforce – Best Practices for Gaining Leadership Support and Implementation Planning", this activity session will explore strategies for securing leadership support through communication planning and stakeholder analysis in developing health professions education and training (HP-ET) programs. Participants will leave with increased knowledge and confidence on how to organize and execute effective communication strategies, garner support, and publicize their programs across the organization.

About our Faculty
The NTTAP Webinar Series 2023-2024 features speakers with subject matter expertise in areas aligned to the series' overarching aim. Faculty members have expertise in areas such as fundamentals of comprehensive care, HIV prevention, preparedness for emergencies and environmental impacts on health, advancing health equity, clinical workforce students and trainees, team-based care, and health profession education/training programs.
