Quality Improvement in Healthcare (November 4, 2025)

Program Information

The training will provide participants with an introduction to quality improvement in healthcare. This will include defining quality improvement and the science of improvement, including a broad overview of the quality improvement models and methodology. Participants will receive a deep dive explanation of the Model for Improvement, including tips for developing aim statements and establishing measures to identify if their intervention achieved the intended outcome. The training will finish with practical tools to support brainstorming and project selection.
