School-Based Health Alliance Annual Conference 2022
Program Information
This year’s National School-Based Health Care Conference, “Achieving Health Equity Through School-Based Health Care,” will be presented virtually from June 27-30, 2022. Continuing education for the conference is made possible through the Community Health Center, Inc. (CHCI) and its Weitzman Institute, the research, education, and policy arm of CHCI. For every CME/CE-eligible session you attend and evaluate, you will receive the appropriate CME or CE credit amount. There is an opportunity to earn a maximum of 6 CE hours for workshop sessions A-F.
Please register only if you attended the conference and intend to claim credits.
Target Audience
This activity is appropriate for all involved in school-based health care, including nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, school nurses, dentists, school social workers, psychologists, administrators, and those interested in school health.
