Weitzman ECHO Type 1 Diabetes CGM (June 21, 2023)

Program Information

In collaboration between Community Health Center, Inc., the University of Connecticut, and the Weitzman Institute, Weitzman ECHO Type 1 Diabetes seeks to improve the care of Type 1 Diabetes in Latinx patients.  

This activity meets every Wednesday from 1-2pm ET.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:

  • Identify the different types of insulins for Type 1 Diabetes management
  • Name patient-specific factors when selecting insulins
  • Describe strategies for adjusting insulins for Type 1 Diabetes management
