ECHO Weitzman ECHO Advanced Primary Care 2023-2024 Behavioral Health Complex Care Rural Substance Use Disorder Weitzman ECHO Advanced Primary Care connects rural primary care medical and behavioral health providers nationally with a multidisciplinary team of experts to improve the quality of care and clinical outcomes for rural and underserved patients.
