Natalie Bycenski, MSN, RN is CHC’s Senior Nurse Manager and Immunization and Infection Control Specialist.  Natalie serves as the Chair of CHC’s Infection Control Committee and is a member of the agency’s Performance Improvement Committee, Pharmacy & Therapeutics committee, Medical Quality Improvement Committee, and the Risk Management Committee.  She graduated from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions with her Master’s in Nursing, and focused on pediatric and adolescent medicine.  Natalie created the content for the NIMAA upskill course on immunizations, and works to ensure that immunization updates are taught to staff in a timely manner.  Natalie was a co-author for an article in Nursing Economics titled “Catalyzing Transformation and Ambulatory Care Nurse Action for the Future of Nursing” in 2023.
