Dr. Carolyn Quigley is a board-certified family medicine physician with expertise in breastfeeding and lactation medicine. She currently works at El Rio Health, a federally qualified health center in Tucson, Arizona.

Dr. Quigley earned her medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine. During her training, she also completed a year-long, global health fellowship working at a primary care clinic in rural Bolivia. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of Arizona.

With over 10 years of experience in family medicine, Dr. Quigley is dedicated to supporting new and growing families in their health and wellness. She has a passion for caring for infants and children, as well as women’s reproductive health. Recognizing that many of her families needed more dedicated support with infant feeding, Dr. Quigley sought out additional training and became certified as an IBCLC in 2021. She later gained board certification in Breastfeeding and Lactation Medicine in 2025. Dr. Quigley provides individualized, comprehensive support for breastfeeding dyads and evidenced-based, collaborative care for complex lactation cases.

Dr. Quigley lives in Tucson with her husband, two sons, and dog. She stays energized and grounded through travel, reading, exercise, and Irish Step dancing.
