Meghan Constantino, C.N.M, R.N., M.S.N, B.A.

Meghan Constantino BA, MSN, RN, CNM, is a Certified Nurse Midwife at Community Health Center, a federally qualified health center serving diverse communities across Connecticut. She earned her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Yale School of Nursing, where she has also served as clinical faculty. For three years she has served as faculty for the Perinatal and Maternal Health ECHO through Moses/Weitzman Health System. She currently teaches women’s health in the Community Health Center Family Nurse Practitioner Residency Program and guest lectures for the Nursing Complex Care Management ECHO, Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University, Yale School of Nursing, and Fairfield University School of Nursing. She is passionate about direct patient care, with special interests in reducing maternal mortality and morbidity during the first year postpartum and supporting families through perinatal bereavement.
