Theo Pinnow is a 29-year-old non-binary LMSW working within the CFT and GDR programs as a Masters-level clinician. They have worked in various community mental health settings in Connecticut since 2018, supporting adults with developmental, physical, and mental health disabilities meet their basic needs and access entitlements while maintaining independence. in 2019, they completed the Recovery Support Specialist certification program and began integrating peer support techniques into their practice. Theo's interests include creating space for gender affirming and neurodiversity affirming youth, and supporting the creation of community within these groups to bring about positive social change.
