Theo Pinnow is a neurodivergent and queer LMSW working as a therapist with youth, adolescents, and their families. They have worked in community health settings across Connecticut since 2018, providing case management, peer support, care coordination, and advocacy for individuals of all ages. Using a strengths-based, recovery-oriented, and client-driven approach, they strive to enable youth to live authentically, form meaningful connections, and feel the confidence to self-advocate. Theo's areas of interest include identity-affirming therapy for transgender and gender-diverse youth, affirming therapy for Autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent youth, and finding strengths-focused and inclusive strategies for providing medical and mental health care to these marginalized communities.
