Jeannie McIntosh, APRN is a family nurse practitioner and HIV specialist with the Center for Key Populations at CHC, Inc.  Her clinical practice focuses on HIV, viral hepatitis, substance use health and LGBTQI+ care (including gender affirming hormone therapy).  Additionally, she works with the CRVFHP farmworker health and WYA healthcare for the homeless programs.  Jeannie holds a BA in Spanish from Middlebury College and a MS in Nursing from Yale University.  She is also a graduate of CHC's NP residency and CKP NP fellowship and now serves as a clinical preceptor and didactic presenter for both programs.  She is on the faculty of Weitzman's Key Populations and Opioid Use Disorder Treatment ECHOs.
