Dr. “Ho” Chang is the Chief of Pediatrics of Community Health Center, Inc. (CHCI), Connecticut state’s largest Federally Qualified Health Center providing care to over 35,000 medically underserved and marginalized children. Dr. Chang also serves as the On Site Medical Director of Connecticut Pediatrics @ CHC in Hartford.  In these roles, Dr. Chang oversees the delivery of high quality, evidence-based health care to our pediatric population with an emphasis on integrated, team-based care.

Dr. Chang earned his undergraduate degree at Yale College, and received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University.  He completed his pediatrics residency at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
