William “Bill” Paschall is a driven and passionate telemedicine veteran and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) pioneer with decades of experience in mHealth business development. Bill is a trusted advisor, and subject matter expert in the areas of remote patient care, policy, and reimbursement, and a sought-after speaker on telehealth and healthcare technology issues. A Fellow of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA), Chair of the Remote Monitoring Special Interest Group  (ATA), and advisory board member of multiple organizations, Bill is knowledgeable in healthcare product innovation, strategic partnerships, research, design, training, marketing, and sales strategy. He joined MobileHelp/Clear Arch Health in November of 2022 as Senior Vice President.  Prior to that, Bill spent 10 years at Vivify Health, from startup through Acquisition by Optum.
