Program Information
You are registered for CME/CE credits for attending the virtual Intelligent Health Association's 2023 International Summit.
Following the completion of each session you attend, you can complete the post-session evaluation (required for CME/CE credits), and claim your CME/CE credits and certificates. Certificates are available per day and for the Summit with the total credits earned.
This activity meets virtually December 11-15, 2023.
CME and CE Credits
A total of 18.5 CME credits are available across all five days. Not all sessions each day were eligible for CME credits. The sessions listed in each day's set of activities were eligible for CME credits.
- December 11, 2023: 5.0 CME credits
- December 12, 2023: 4.0 CME credits
- December 13, 2023: 4.0 CME credits
- December 14, 2023: 3.0 CME credits
- December 15, 2023: 2.5 CME credit

In support of improving patient care, this activity was planned and implemented by the Intelligent Health Association and Moses/Weitzman Health System and its Weitzman Institute and is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credential Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
By completing this activity, you provide Moses/Weitzman Health System Inc. the permission to share completion data with the ACCME and the certifying board(s).
Please note that continuing education credit requirements differ by state, jurisdiction, and licensing agency. It is your responsibility to confirm if your licensing/credentialing agency will accept the credits offered by this activity.
Registration Instructions
- Select the Register button to register for all conference days and sessions, regardless of your attendance.
- Select the session date(s) you attended. Within each session date, select the Continue tab to review the sessions for that day.
- Within each session, select the Continue tab to complete session evaluations and claim your credits.
- Once you have attended all sessions in which you intend to participate and completed the session evaluations:
- You can claim credit commensurate with your total attendance for each session date.
- You will then be able to download a certificate appropriate to your credentials.
