Learning Objectives

  1. Demonstrate communication strategies to engage struggling medical learners.
  2. Explain a feedback process for struggling medical learners.
  3. Describe strategies for corrective change in struggling medical learners.
  4. Create individualized learning plans for struggling medical learners.
  5. Identify one strategy to implement to improve preceptor recruitment.
  6. Explain how higher-order questions enhance clinical reasoning and critical thinking.
  7. Develop higher-order clinical questions using Bloom's Taxonomy.
  8. Create discussion prompts using diverse questioning strategies.
  9. Explain the significance of different types of rest and their impact on overall health.
  10. Create a customized plan that includes activities and practices for each type of rest.
