Learning Objectives
- Demonstrate communication strategies to engage struggling medical learners.
- Explain a feedback process for struggling medical learners.
- Describe strategies for corrective change in struggling medical learners.
- Create individualized learning plans for struggling medical learners.
- Identify one strategy to implement to improve preceptor recruitment.
- Explain how higher-order questions enhance clinical reasoning and critical thinking.
- Develop higher-order clinical questions using Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Create discussion prompts using diverse questioning strategies.
- Explain the significance of different types of rest and their impact on overall health.
- Create a customized plan that includes activities and practices for each type of rest.
