Program Information
Tuesday, September 9th, 2025, the 2025 Nebraska Community Health Conference: Strengthening Communities, Advancing Care, will be presented by the Health Center Association of Nebraska (HCAN) and Heartland Community Health Network (the Nebraska HCCN). An in-person pre-session on Section 330 Hot Topics will be held the day prior with an attorney from Feldesman Leifer LLC.
The 2025 Nebraska Community Health Conference is an exciting opportunity for health center leaders, staff, partners, and supporters to network with peers, engage in timely education, and discuss innovative strategies for continued improvement.

- We suggest you bookmark this page so you can come back to each after each session you attended.
- On the second day of the conference, the breakout sessions will be available for you to select which sessions you attended. At that time and within each activity, select the Continue tab above to complete the session evaluation for each activity.
- Once you have attended all your intended sessions and completed the session evaluations:
• You can claim credit commensurate with your total attendance for the conference as a whole.
• You will then be able to download a conference certificate appropriate to your credentials.
