Program Information
This webinar explores how to build trauma-informed, integrated care teams across primary care and school-based health settings. It will cover the key principles of trauma-informed care, clarify the roles and responsibilities of interdisciplinary team members, and provide practical strategies to enhance communication and collaboration using a trauma-informed lens. Participants will gain tools to support coordinated, compassionate care for children and adolescents.
