CASBHC 2025 Annual Conference: Navigating a Shifting Healthcare Landscape - How School-Based Health Centers Can Adapt to Continue
Overview
Conference Information
On November 11, 2025, the Connecticut Association of School-Based Health Centers will hold its annual conference, Navigating a Shifting Healthcare Landscape: How School-Based Health Centers Can Adapt to Continue, at the Heritage Hotel and Conference Center in Southbury, CT. This premier learning opportunity builds upon our dedication to improving the health of youth by offering medical, behavioral health, and dental services in school-based health centers. The conference will train school-based health professionals, school professionals, state legislators, state health and education agency representatives, oral health providers, policymakers, and advocates.
In Connecticut, 343 school-based health centers provide medical, behavioral health, or dental services in elementary, middle, and high schools. Some sites offer treatment for injuries and illness, physical examinations, immunizations, laboratory testing, individual, family, and group counseling, crisis intervention services, health education, nutrition counseling, referrals to specialty care, and preventive and restorative dental services. Each SBHC emphasizes early identification of physical and behavioral health concerns and preventing more serious problems by offering early treatment.
Continuing education for the conference is made possible through Moses/Weitzman Health System, Inc. (MWHS) and its Weitzman Institute, the research, education, and policy arm of MWHS. For every CME/CE-eligible session you attend and evaluate, you will receive the appropriate CME or CE credit amount. There is an opportunity to earn a maximum of 5.75 total CME/CE hours.
Please register only if you intend to attend the conference. CASBHC will not refund registrations with no exceptions.
