Patient Centered Climate Resilience Learning Collaborative (April 25, 2023)

Program Information

The damage that can be inflicted by a changing climate makes it one of the most dangerous risks to human health, especially to people who have been systemically marginalized including people of color and those with limited income. Unfortunately, information about the how climate change impacts health and strategies for patient care during climate change events are lacking in medical and allied health education. This learning collaborative will provide essential patient-centered education and resources to support health center clinicians and administrators in caring for their patients before, during, and after climate change events.
