Program Information

This year’s Annual Conference “Riding the Waves: To Better Health for Kansans” from Community Care Network of Kansas, where our keynote and general sessions will spotlight critical topics affecting the daily lives of patients served by community health centers. Discussions will cover adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), trauma-informed care, integrated care services, operational excellence, and workforce development—all designed to empower our members to meet their patients’ evolving needs.

  2. Select the Register button above to register for all conference sessions, regardless of your attendance.
  3. We suggest you bookmark this page so you can come back to each after each session you attended.
  4. On the first day of the conference, the keynote and breakout sessions will be available for you to select the keynote and/or workshop sessions you attended. At that time and within each activity, select the Continue tab above to complete the session evaluation for each activity. 
  5. Once you have attended all your intended sessions and completed the session evaluations:
    •    You can claim credit commensurate with your total attendance for the conference as a whole. 
    •    You will then be able to download a conference certificate appropriate to your credentials.
