After the live Project ECHO Support Models for Addiction Related Treatment (SMART) series concluded, Weitzman Institute and Yale School of Medicine adapted the Project ECHO content into brief, engaging e-learning modules in order to reach a broader audience for free. The five modules contain information on starting buprenorphine during pregnancy, psychiatric comorbidities, trauma-informed approaches, and postpartum care.

In this e-learning series, interdisciplinary teams of leaders will participate in collaborative workshops and emerge with action-oriented, ready-to-implement plans to impact areas such as talent acquisition: inclusive hiring practices, recruitment and retention strategies; employee engagement and inclusion; utilizing data to inform policy and practice; recognizing and mitigating structures of power and oppression; and organizational accountability.
