Michael Glorioso, BA of Fine Arts
Michael Glorioso earned his BFA in 2004 from Marian University. Prior to his current role, he held high-level positions at various local nonprofits and national programs, notably as the United Way RSVP Director through AmeriCorps Seniors, where he revitalized and expanded the program in Northwest Indiana. As HealthLinc’s Residency Program Coordinator, he oversees and provides administrative and programmatic support for residency and training programs. Since starting at HealthLinc, he has managed four Family Nurse Practitioner Residency cohorts (20 graduates), five Medical Assistant Training cohorts (21 graduates), and assisted with the Pharmacy Residency, Medical Residency, Dental Assistant Training program, and the pioneering Behavioral Health Residency. In 2021, he led HealthLinc’s Family Nurse Practitioner Residency Program to accreditation by the Consortium of Advanced Practice Providers (CAPP). He has spoken on program management, development, and accreditation at both local and national levels. In his spare time, he directs, designs sets, mentors’ youth, and chairs committees for local performing groups. Michael is dedicated to connecting people to HealthLinc’s mission, vision, and values by supporting future healthcare workers and fostering healthy communities in Northwest Indiana.
