Activity Information
SBHC Behavioral Health is excited to present Kick-Off 2026 designed to strengthen skills, build cross-disciplinary collaboration and elevate high-quality care across CHC School-Based Health Centers. Each session is tailored to the unique environment of SBHC and includes practice tools, emerging best practices and opportunities for multidisciplinary engagement.
Target Audience
This activity is open to School Based Health Center (SBHC) Behavioral Health Clinicians at Community Health Center, Inc.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:
- Identify and apply evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive interventions for students experiencing mental health challenges.
- Demonstrate effective collaboration and advocacy strategies within school and community systems.
- Implement practical approaches to improve student engagement, psychological safety, resilience, and access to appropriate mental health supports and services.

Registration Instructions
Before the conference - Register for the conference
- Create an account with the Weitzman Education Platform if you haven't already. Reference How do I create an account? if needed.
- Select which breakout sessions you're interested in attending
- Select the Register button to register for all conference sessions. Reference How do I register for a conference? if needed.
On the day of the conference - Complete session evaluations and claim your credits
- Select the session(s) you attended. Within each session, select the Continue tab to complete session evaluations and claim your credits.
- Once you have attended all sessions in which you intend to participate and completed the session evaluations:
- You can claim credit commensurate with your total attendance for the conference as a whole.
- You will then be able to download a certificate appropriate to your credentials.
You must claim credit and download your certificate by the activity expiration date. For compliance reasons, the Weitzman Institute cannot modify this deadline. If you need any technical support, submit a ticket to our Support Center.
