Informed Decision Making and Equity in Men’s Health Learning Collaborative Application

Program Information

Men have historically underutilized health care and face multiple barriers to engaging in care and making informed health decisions. Supported by Novartis U.S. Social Impact, the Weitzman Institute’s free Learning Collaborative will bring together 10–12 health center organizations from September 2026 through April 2027 to strengthen how they support men and their families in making informed decisions about prostate and sexual health. Participating teams will receive expert technical assistance, practical tools, and peer learning focused on patient education and decision support related to prostate cancer screening, benign prostatic hypertrophy, and sexual health, including erectile dysfunction. Each participating organization will receive a $12,500 stipend. Space is limited to 10–12 organizations. For more information about the Learning Collaborative, including program activities and expectations, see the syllabus under "Additional Information".
