(CHC) and its Weitzman Institute under Moses/Weitzman Health System, Inc. provides a model of free technical and training assistance to health centers across the United States. The application will provide you with a detailed introduction and overview of these free learning opportunities.

School Based Health Center (SBHC) staff members provide primary care medical, behavioral health, and oral health services in the school setting. They address and treat a multitude of physical and mental health issues and provide care for an increasingly wide range of health issues. The Connecticut Association of School Based Health Centers (CASBHC) organizes an annual conference to improve the quality of services provided in SBHCs. This year’s conference, “Cultivating a Culture of Caring” will take place in-person on November 19, 2024.

Weitzman ECHO Complex Integrated Pediatrics connects primary care medical and behavioral health providers to a team of experts from primary care and school-based settings to improve care and management of complex pediatric conditions.
