Step Up Together Action Collaborative - Fall 2025
Program Information
Step Up Together® Action Collaboratives bring together interdisciplinary teams to strengthen emergency preparedness, build systems and relationships, and create lasting improvements in perinatal care. Interactive virtual sessions combine group coaching, best practices, and live Q&A. Each session dives into specific tools and strategies to strengthen collaboration and emergency response. Step Up Together Action Collaboratives bring tools, community, and expert coaching to a closed cohort of participants working to improve their community to hospital transfer process. Participants work together to undertake a Full Transfer Drill, participate in multiple Community Debriefs, and translate their learnings into quality improvement initiatives.
